Where the lines run

NorthFollows the south side of Little Walnut Creek until it meets Ed Bluestein Blvd.
EastEd Bluestein Blvd.
SouthMartin Luther King Jr Blvd.
WestThe western boundary of Morris Williams Golf Course, then along the edge of the golf course north to Manor Rd, and northeast along Manor Rd to Little Walnut Creek.
